We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Manager with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive, and track record of success in sales to join our Barcelona team! Sales to the corporate companies in Europe and must be business professional in German language.

Requirements

- You are a hunter! Building a revenue pipeline and turning prospects into partners.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development is required
- Previous B2B selling experience in HR, Online advertisement and/or any other IT product would be preferable but not essential.
- Very strong work ethic with “can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” -attitude
- Highly motivated individual, with a proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & teamwork
- You are persistent and strive for excellence in everything you do
- Fluency in English is mandatory as well as one more language relevant to the market
- Short term emphasis on developing new accounts and finding new customers in the market.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial, with an understanding of the dynamics of a high-growth company with the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to influence the right people, at all levels and functions in the company.
- You are someone who actively talks and listens through endless possibilities – with customers and teammates alike.
- High degree of self-organisation with ability to prioritise and to work independently

Responsibilities

- Consultative selling and intensive listening to your customers
- Clearly articulating the value proposition of Zutzu International Job Board
- Apply both tactical and strategic go-to market models aimed at growing the customer base both in the short and long terms to
drive revenue, customer growth and customer retention
- Build strong partnerships and establish new business relationships with our solutions to meet revenue and profit targets.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required
- Utilize Hubspot CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
