Description
Be responsible for developing, conducting measurement strategies, and improving all quality requirements for Webhelp customer service.
The person will work closely with the Operation Managers and with the HR Department, specifically with the Training Department.
Requirements
• Minimum level of education: Bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in English required
• Leadership skills
• Be able to use customer data and information to drive effective processes
• Demonstrate proficiency with Office 365 and CRM tools
• Analytical and data analysis skills
• Proved communication skills
Responsibilities
• Ensure the development of the training courses for different employees
• Collaborate with operations managers and trainers and the customer to ensure that the service experience exceeds expectations
• Guiding the analysis of service feedback to ensure its development
• Is responsible for the development and growth of the team in collaboration with other figures
• Deals with review processes
• Develop insights to improve the analysis of results and use the data to influence the customer experience
• Create detailed reports (analytical skills)
• Communicate overall performance results to agents and TLs
• Share progress updates, audit results, calibrate as needed, etc.
• Manage, train, and develop QA Specialists (hours and attendance, performance reviews, productivity, etc ...)
