Staffing Match are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading retail logistics companies based in Castlewood NG17, who are looking for Pickers Packers to join their team.
The Warehouse is located just off M1 J28 on the A38.
About the role as a Picker Packer:
- SHIFT TIMES: 11:00 -19:00
- WORKING ANY 5 DAYS OUT OF 7 ON A ROLLING ROTA
- MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
- £8.72 PER HOUR (£9.72 OVERTIME RATE) - first 12 weeks
- £9.94 PER HOUR (£14.91 OVERTIME RATE) - after 12 weels service
- £11.43 PER HOUR FOR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
- OPPORTUNITIES TO BE PAID THE "AFTER 12 WEEKS" RATES EARLY IF PERFORMANCE TARGETS ARE ACHIEVED
- FULL TRAINING PROVIDED - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
- SECURE, ONGOING POSITIONS
- YOU MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN A CHILLED ENVIRONMENT
Your responsibilities as a Picker Packer:
- Working in an extremely busy and fast paced chilled environment
- Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
- Order picking using voice pick system
- Stock Checking and rotating
- Working towards set daily productivity targets
- General warehouse duties
The ideal Picker Packer profile:
- Ideally you will have warehouse / picking experience - however this is not essential
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable with a desire to succeed
- Target driven / motivated
- Good English communication
- Initiative and the ability to solve problems
