Staffing Match are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading logistics and distribution companies based in Daventry, NN6, who are looking for Onsite Coordinator to join their team and support NHS

Own transport is essential due to the location of the warehouse.

About the role as an Onsite Coordinator:

• £11 PER HOUR
• 6pm - 6am, 4 on 4 off
• FULL TRAINING PROVIDED- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
• SECURE ONGOING POSITIONS

Your responsibilities as an Onsite Coordinator:

• Daily check ins

  Booking shifts
• Absence management
• Performance management
• Delivering inductions
• Other small site specific tasks
• Experience is not essential as long as you have a "CAN DO" attitude.

The ideal Onsite Coordinator:

• Good communications skills

  Flexible - the site runs 4 on 4 off shifts
• Confident in using emails and Excel
• Punctual, reliable and hard working
• Own transport essential due to location of the warehouse
