Counterbalance Forklift Drivers

Staffing Match are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established company based in Brockworth, Gloucester, who are looking for counterbalance forklift drivers to join the team on a long-term basis.

About the role as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver:

• £11.03 per hour PAYE (Nights, Sat and Sun Days)
• £8.72 per hour (Mon - Fri 6.00 - 2.00 / 2.00 - 10.00 shift)
• Shift patterns available as below:
• Nights - 2200 - 0600 - Mon to Fri
• Earlies - 0600 - 1400 - Sat and Sun + 2 shifts in the week
• Rotating - 0600 - 1400 one week then 1400 - 2200 the next - Monday to Friday
• Secure ongoing positions (with permanent contract opportunities)
• Temp to Perm available

*You must have experience in a similar warehouse forklift role and be flexible as this is also a hands-on role so you will be required to jump off the forklift and help out with manual work when required.

Your responsibilities as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver:

• Working in an extremely busy and fast paced environment
• Loading and unloading vehicles of goods
• Picking and moving items around the warehouse.
• Some heavy lifting may be involved.

The ideal Counterbalance Forklift Driver:

• Must have a valid in date ITSSAR or RTITB forklift licence with previous experience (licence must be dated within 3 years or you must have a taken a refresher)
• Good English communication
