We are currently recruiting for a number or Fork Truck Operators to join our prestigious, automotive client based in Woking. Start will be as soon as possible and the role will be ongoing with lots of opportunity for permanent placement.
The process will include a telephone interview, remote registration process followed if successful, by an induction on Microsoft Teams.
Our client is looking for a dedicated, experienced individual to join their team.
Skill set and attributes desired
* Must hold a valid Reach Truck licence with a nationally recognised accreditation (RTITB/ITSSAR)
* A good understanding of logistics processes, within manufacturing or automotive would be an advantage.
* Remains calm under pressure and acts with a level of professionalism at all times
* Flexible approach to working hours when required
The role will primarily be supporting the Logistics department and you will work with internal stakeholders such as Stores functions, Quality, Transport drivers and Production to ensure material requirements for all model builds are satisfied in a timely and accurate manner. You will also deal with external customers as part of the role.
Hours of work will be 0800-16.30 Monday to Friday until the end of April when there will be a requirement to move to a 2 shift rotation of 05:30-13:45 and 15:00-23:15.
Pay rate £13.50 per hour
28 days holiday per year - accrued as worked
PAYE employment with pension available
