As a Customer Advisor you will represent a very well-known Danish jewellery brand which is known for its customizable charm bracelets, designer rings, necklaces and watches. You will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone and email. Listening to your customers, advising them on different products and offers as well as solving any issues in relation to shipments and refunds will be part of your daily tasks.
This is a versatile B2C role which suits an enthusiastic customer service professional.
There is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 2 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation. Basic salary is 1045 Euro gross p/m which is after tax around 820 Euro net p/m. Please note that the cost of living in the city of Athens is very low, where you can rent your own furnished apartment in the city centre of Athens from around 250 euro p/m, your monthly public transport pass costs no more than 30 Euro and you can do very cheap food shops with lots of fresh fruit, veg and fish! This company in Athens has lots of activities to offer to their staff including regular cruise trips during the Summer months!!!
This is initially a temporary role to cover the busy period up until the end of the year. A return flight will be paid for you once you have finished your contract. Please also note that the training and work will be done from home (in Greece) and the company will provide you with the IT equipment.
