Description
As a Customer Service Representative you will provide reassuring, warm, friendly and personal customer service to customers by e-mail in Japanese.
Requirements
C1 Level Japanese
B1 Level English
18> years or older
Finished high school or at least higher vocational level
Clean criminal record, don't have to hand over this record, TP will check themselves.
Willing to relocate to Lisbon
EU Passport or obligated to work in EU/Portugal
Responsibilities
Seize the opportunity to “shine” through each interaction by showing a keen interest in the customer and becoming, by an increased knowledge of the services offered by Wish, an expert and a defender of the brand;
• Look proactively and with the help of the team, to improve the customer experience at each interaction;
• Assistance with concerns regarding payment transactions and shipping;
• Support the customers before, during and after purchase.
