What is a Candidate?
A Candidate is a person looking for a job and applying for vacancies. Candidates can send applications to the client and the client can send candidate offers on existing vacancies.

Can I see the candidate profile?
Yes, you can see and browse all candidate profiles. You will see personal details such as contact details only on candidates that have applied to your vacancy or accepted an offer sent by you.

What is a Client?
The client is the employer hiring a candidate.

What information can I see on a candidate?
From the candidate view you can access certain information on the candidate. You will see personal details such as contact details only on candidates that have applied to your vacancy or accepted an offer sent by you. a) Information: The candidate information page provides you the basic profile of the candidate such as their name, willingness to relocate, driving licence etc. b) CV: View the candidate’s curriculum vitae as in PDF format and save or print the CV if so needed. c) Files: Here you can view the files uploaded by the candidate, such as passport, ID-card or certificates.

What is a Vacancy?
A vacancy is a job advertisement created by the client /agency on a free vacancy.

Who can create a vacancy?
A vacancy can be created by a client or agency, click on “Create Vacancy” and fill in the requested information.

How is a vacancy published?
Once a vacancy is created, you will be taken to the promotion packages page with an option for a free trial. You can publish/unpublish the vacancy and edit it.

Can I edit the vacancy after that is published?
Yes, the vacancy can be edited.

How can I view what candidates have applied for my vacancies?
On the dashboard you will see a summary on how many applications you have active. Applied are applications that have been sent to you where you are to accept or reject the applications. Offered are incoming offers from employees that are awaiting your confirmation or rejection. Accepted are applications that have been confirmed by you and you can contact the candidate directly for more information on the recruitment process. Rejected are applications you have rejected and the recruitment process for these cases have ended, or the candidate has withdrawn his/her application.

Can I be in direct contact with the candidate?
After an application has been accepted or the candidate has sent you an offer you will see the candidate’s contact details and can be in contact with him/her directly.

Are my contact details visible to anyone?
Your contact details will be visible in the vacancy to the candidate only if you give your permission. Contact details require a Premium promotion package. After that the application has been accepted the candidate will also receive the client’s contact details.

I have accepted an application, what now?
The final decision to hire a candidate is with the employer and the contract will be signed directly between the candidate and the employer. An accepted application does not automatically mean that you will hire this candidate, but as an employer you have chosen this candidate for further recruitment. At this stage you and the candidate can contact each other directly.

What is Invite friends/colleagues?
In the Invite friends section you can invite friends/colleagues who wish to register with Zutzu by sending them a link through email.

Can I send an invitation to any of my contacts?
Yes, you can send the invitation link to as many colleagues you want to.

Can I view how many invitations I have sent and to whom?
Yes, you can view the history of the invitation and all sent messages.

What is a Promotion package?
With Zutzu there are different options for promoting your vacancy depending on what kind of features you are looking for and if you are hiring locally or internationally.

What is a trial version?
A trial version is a free vacancy that is published and applicants can apply. To access contact information and accept or reject the candidate you will have to upgrade with one of the promoting packages. Save money with purchase of a promotion package directly as the price is lower than upgrading a trial ad.

Why promoting with Zutzu?
We’ll share your vacancy ad with the Zutzu community and you will benefit from all Zutzu’s social media channels reaching over a million of candidates all over Europe. You can choose to promote your ad locally or internationally. Our affordable add-ons include dedicated marketing through social media channels and recruitment assistance. If you need assistance our recruitment experts are ready to take over the recruitment process.

How to purchase the promotion packages and add-ons?
All you need to promote is a valid credit card. Please fill in your credit card details and if needed save it for further purchases.

What promotion package suits me?
You can choose between standard and premium packages and add additional features to your ad to boost recruitment. Basic and premium packages are further divided into local and international promotion. Please note, local promotion prices depend on the location of the work. What is the difference between a local and international ad?
Local ad – promote in your home country Promote your ad locally in the country where the work is located.

Can I get help with the recruitment?
Yes, Zutzu offers dedicated recruitment assistance where you will get help to find the right candidate. Our recruitment experts all over Europe are ready to assist with recruitment, vacancy ad writing and promoting. Package includes administration fees. Price: 1-3 hours 50 €/h (minimum 2 hours) 4-7 hours 40 €/h Workday 8 hours: 30 €/h

What is the social media promotion add-on?
With the social media promotion you will access the forums where candidates are active. The add-on includes job ad distribution and targeted marketing in multiple channels all over the social media field. Package includes administration fee and advertisement. Price: 50 € (including 40 € marketing costs and 10 € administration fee).

What is a vacancy?
A vacancy is a job advertisement for an unoccupied position posted by an employer.

How can I view vacancies?
You can view vacancies directly by clicking on “Vacancies” when logged in. With different search options you can search for a vacancy that suits you. Click “View” to get a full description on the vacancy.

How can I apply for a vacancy?
Once you have found a vacancy that you want to apply to, press “Apply to vacancy” and add a description, for example a short cover letter why you are applying for this vacancy. If you want to suggest another pay rate than the one the employer has provided in the ad, press “I want different pay rate” and add information about why you want the specific pay rate. Please also indicate if you are available to accept the new job immediately.

Is it possible to apply for more than one vacancy?
Yes, you can apply for as many vacancies as you want.

How can I view what candidates I have applied for?

Offered are incoming offers from employers that are awaiting your confirmation or rejection. How do I know if my application has been accepted or rejected?
Go to Dashboard or Applications to access all your applications.

Now, you can not edit the application itself but you can discuss the rate with your possible future employer by clicking on the Manage button.
